- General Rule: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the license key issued.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our discretion if:
- The digital file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.
- The product is fundamentally different from the description on our store.
- Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- No Refunds For: Change of mind, lack of technical skills to use the product, or incompatibility with other third-party plugins not listed as compatible.
